Control Room Features
- Dedicated Phone Number
All of our outsourced control room clients receive a dedicated phone number.
This can be used for deployed staff or clients to contact our control room in case of an emergency or for additional support.
- Call Monitoring
Our control room operatives will monitor all duty of care calls for each of your sites 24 hours per day.
Staff welfare is of utmost importance to us and we ensure all deployed staff are where they need to be, let us know they are safe and have support to hand should the need arise.
- Operational Setup
Eurotech will setup and configure your instance of Timegate, including creation of site cards, adding employees and rostering.
If you subscribe to our Mobile Services or Keyholding, we will add/store your keys and patrol information into our inhouse software application and key safes.
- Detailed Reporting
We provide full detailed reports on all incidents and/ or accidents. All activities and actions taken are logged accordingly.
Logs can be made available via reports, or users can log into the system to review specific notes from any location at any time.
- Emergency Escalation
Where required, our control room team will escalate issues as they arise across your portfolio of sites in real time using information supplied to us in your Standard Operating Procedures.
This could include a missed duty of care call, site based incident/accident, or anything else needing intervention from your management team.
Missed book on/off/check calls are chased and detailed notes are captured on our incident log for review.
- Dedicated Support
As our control room is operational 24/7, 365 days per year, we are always on hand to offer support.
This could be in the form of liaising with clients, passing information to site based operatives, arranging access to properties as part of our
Mobile Services or assisting with Timegate queries.
We also provide technical support to operatives using our Employee App.

CCTV Monitoring
We can monitor CCTV on your behalf at your clients’ premises. This includes emergency escalation, interfacing with Emergency Services and full reporting.
Keyholding
We provide Keyholding services for both residential and corporate clients. This includes Alarm Attendance, Vacant Property Inspections and granting Site Access.
Mobile Services
Our Mobile Services includes scheduled and on-demand locks/unlocks and patrols. Operative welfare visits and key collections/drop offs can also be added.

Relief Operatives
Eurotech can provide Relief Cover Operatives for instances of unauthorised absence, additional on-demand cover requirements or to mobilise new contracts.
